Refunds

As a GearBank® Customer your storage contract with us is on a month to month basis. You can cancel your contract and have your items returned to you at any time within the month. Upon cancellation you will not be charged the next month’s storage fee. The minimum billing period is monthly. Refunds are not issued for cancellation within the current month of service. No proration. If you need to cancel your storage service with GearBank®, you may do so on your secure log-in page, email us at help@gearbank.com or call 1-844-432-7226 during regular business hours and speak to our Customer Service Representative.
